Who we are and how this works
We are a marketplace for timeshare rentals.
Owners of resort weeks list the time they are not going to use. Travellers book that time directly, at a price the owner sets, in a resort unit that is usually far larger than a hotel room.
That is the whole idea. No membership to join, no presentation to sit through, no ownership to buy.
We do not mark units up behind the owner's back. The nightly rate you see is built from what the owner asked for.
We rent stays. Nobody here will try to sell you an ownership, and there is no presentation attached to a booking.
A unit appears on the site because an owner listed it. Where we do not have information, we leave the space empty rather than filling it in.
